    Dear KC George,

On the recording u are only testing the opening of the hamburger menu. The clicking doesn't work and doesn't take u anywhere! It just doesn't react. We have tested on different phones, Android, iOS, it stopped opening any clicked item since the latest updates.

    Hi Ivo,

I am sorry, I misunderstood your request. You are right; the menu links do not work.

Mobile menu links seem to work fine at https://codesk.brizytest.online/ which is running on the latest Brizy versions. Hence this bug may not be related to the latest Brizy release. Can I take a look at your project to troubleshoot the issue?

Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard if you need assistance with this. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. As shown in this screenshot: https://jmp.sh/sOSGGR3, please turn on the option "Send the new user an email about their account"

Please let me know here when you send me an invitation.

    Hi Ivo,

Your mobile menu was not working because the menu hyperlinks were changed to anchor links that do not exist. This behavior was caused by Brizy Starter theme. Please do not use this theme for any project. After initial release in 2019, we have not further developed it or maintained it. Hence we do not recommend this theme

Please use one of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners for your future projects. The menu issue was resolved after I have changed to Blocksy theme. Please check if everything is working fine.

There were many console errors on your homepage. Browser console errors have disappeared after I added a cover to the video in the accordion with the heading 'Кои са най-добрите хотели в Турция?'

    Thank you for your time.

However, we haven't authorized a change in our theme, which lost many of our custom css settings. We are reverting an old back up.

    Hi Ivo,

If you have added CSS code to the theme's style.css file, then you will lose the CSS code. If you have added it to Additional CSS under Appearance - Customize , you would not lose the CSS.

To revert to Brizy Starter theme, you don't need to restore from a backup. You can change your theme back to Brizy starter theme under Appearance - Themes.

    Same issue.

I disabled SiteGrounds "optimizer" plug-in and the menu came back.

Apparently, they figured it would be super-optimized if they didn't even show the menu at all. No wait times. LOL.

    Hi Rory,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

We've recently received broken layout issues on websites using SG Optimizer, this is an ongoing issue.

In your WordPress Dashboard under SG Optimizer - Frontend, please disable the option "Minify Javascript Files" and check if that makes a difference. https://jmp.sh/zCgTD3jw

If this does not help, please deactivate the SG Optimizer plugin. You may need to use an alternate plugin until we are able to roll out a fix.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
