Mask imge don't support .png

In the tutorial: .png or .svg support for image mask. (but only SVG works, png doesn't work.)

If I use external image link, everything works fine.
Can images (.png) be compressed to webp be the cause?

  I don't see confirmation.

  I see the changelog in the last update. New: We can added stroke for the Post Title element.
  It is very limited. Why not apply to the Text element?
