Hi Jean-Marc,
This error means that you are using the Cloudflare DDOS/security system on your website and it suspects Brizy Pro plugin as a threat. There is hardly anything we can do at our end to fix this issue.
There are two possible solutions you can explore at your end.
- Check with Bluehost if the Cloudflare DDOS/security system can be temporarily disabled to allow the installation of Brizy Pro plugin
- Using an FTP software like Filezilla upload the Brizy Pro ZIP file to the folder /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro and then extract the ZIP file to the above folder. (You could also extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer and upload the content of the folder to /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro directory on your server) Activate the plugin from your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins.

Hello,
Thanx for the reply.
Yesterday I uploaded the file and there was no problem.
Maybe as the plugin developer, you could advise Cloudflare to be a bit more subtle and not to block your plugin to be uploaded as this doesnt help your customers.
I will try your solution but this really is a pain...

Hi Jean-Marc,
The issue is not specific to Brizy Pro; Cloudflare blocks other plugins as well. Please have a look at these support threads in the Cloudflare support community.
- https://community.cloudflare.com/t/wordpress-upload/236535/2
- https://community.cloudflare.com/t/allowing-wordpress-blocked-plugin/332762
In these threads, they recommend accessing the Firewall Event log and making an exception to allow the concerned plugin upload.
