    Hi Malak,

The Checkout page normally redirects to the Order Received URL when the customer makes the payment. The content of the page is autogenerated and hence you normally don't have to customize the page.

Please select a product, place the order and select Cash on Delivery option at the checkout page of my test website https://brizytest.online/shop You can see the default Woocommerce workflow of placing an order.

Can you please share your URL so that I can take a look at the issue you are facing?

    Hi Malak,

Can you change your theme from Suki to Blocksy and see if that helps? In your WordPress Dashboard under Appearance - Themes, install Blocksy theme and activate it and check if the Order Received page looks different.

    Hi,

I just found out what the problem is. Apperently I cant put a header and footer at the checkout page. Is that normal? When I remove the header and footer, it works as it should

    Hi Malak,

Normally the woocommerce checkout page has no issues with the Brizy Template or the Brizy header and footer. For an example, you can take a look at the checkout page on this website https://glamboxtt.com/  I don't fully understand what is going on your website.
