My Brizy Pro Lifetime status

I bought Lifetime Pro in 2019 for USD299, before the Personal,Freelance, and Agency plan came out, I checked but it did not mentioned which plan I am at now, I presumed I get the Agency for the price I have paid?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Brizy Pro Lifetime and Brizy Agency are 2 different plans. Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white-label options that need to be applied to the Agency account only. So, you definitely cannot have a Brizy Agency plan in your account with the Lifetime Plan.

  Hi Nelea, Thanks for your reply. But I am still confused about the answer, yoir answer is very much focus on Brizy Cloud. I am not asking about the Brizy Cloud, I just want to know what is the difference between my current plan and Brizy Agency plan, what services am I missing here compared with Agency Plan? Am I being punished for being an early buyer for the Lifetime Plan? Does my plan support white-label? Thanks in advance.

  The main difference between the Lifetime and Agency plan is that the Agency Plan has the White label option included. In Brizy Lifetime Plan you don't have the White Label option included. Here, you can find what options are included in Brizy Agency Plan : https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud

  Hello, I have the same question and Nelea. 

  WHat does Agency have that "Brizy LIfetime" does not? (WP version NOT CLOUD) 

  Also, can we use Multisite finally on Brizy Lifetime?  I couldn't access "PRO" themes in subsites 3 yrs ago. Can I now?

  Is there any credit if we switch?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  The Brizy Lifetime license provides lifetime access to Brizy's premium features with a one-time payment, allowing you to use it on unlimited individual WordPress sites. However, it does not support WordPress Multisite by default. Unfortunately, Brizy Lifetime is no longer available for new purchases or upgrades.

  

  For managing Brizy across a multisite network, the Brizy Agency plan would be the recommended option, as it includes multisite compatibility along with additional agency-level features. While the Lifetime license is ideal for managing multiple independent sites, the Agency plan better supports multisite functionality. Apologies for any confusion with the provided link; it should indeed direct to Brizy’s WordPress information rather than Brizy Cloud.
