    I'm sorry for this, but we respect your decision. To process the refund i need your order ID, please send us. Could you please tell us why you want a refund, what you didn't like about Brizy? Do you have any recommendations for Brizy team.

    I left my account address, but I don't know why you're asking for an order number without cancellation. If the cancellation process does not proceed, I will cancel it by filing a claim with the credit card company.

    The subscription to Brizy Plan is now canceled and the refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 3-5 working days (depending on your bank).
