Videos not playing on ios device
Hi there,
Videos on this page - https://speedyanimation.com/pricing/ are not playing on ios device.
All of my clients with Apple devices are complaining that. Can you please let me know how to fix it?

Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.13 and Brizy Pro 2.4.12? If not could you please update it? Can you also deactivate all your plugins besides Brizy Free and Brizy Pro versions, and switch to any of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners ? Then, please clear the browser and server cache and check it again. Do you still have this problem?

I was able to fix this issue. The website is loading now. But the original problem still persists. The videos are not playing on ios devices.
