SSL certificate not working

Hey there! I've configured the DNS records as usual and it seems to be fine, but the SSL certificate is not loading.

The site is bridgehydrogenllc.com.

Any way to solve this? Thanks!

  Hi Tomas,

  A DNS lookup of your domain bridgehydrogenllc.com shows that apart from the A Record you have added, the domain also has a AAAA Record associated with it.

  

  Please follow these two steps.

  1. In your domain registrar account, please delete the AAAA Record with the IP: 2800:6c0:2::156
  2. In Brizy Cloud Dashboard, please delete your custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for the SSL to be generated for your domain.
