Updated Page with blocks but still showing global footer only

I have updated the about section page of my wp and for me its showing the updated content when using my admin logged browser only. Elsewhere only the footer is showing.

  Hi Mushthaq,

  Can you please check if you have enabled caching in your GoDaddy account? https://in.godaddy.com/help/change-my-cache-level-32307

  Please select the 'Disabled' option and check if the problem persists.

  And the solution you've given is outdated on godaddy.

  Hi Mushthaq,

  Please let GoDaddy know that on one of your pages, the changes you are making in the editor are not reflecting in the frontend. They should be able to purge the cache for you.
