"users" option missing

Hi,

I recently purchased a "Freelancer Cloud Lifetime deal".

I want to use the membership functionality but cannot find the "users" option shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_-0VU4LCqY 

Under "Assets", I only see "Pages", "Blog", "Stories" and "Popups & Alerts".

Am I missing something?
