Menu builder not working

The menu builder doesn't allow me to move items or group them, I tried creating a new one from scratch but the same issue happened.

 

If I try to move an item or a group of items nothing happens, the selected area that shows where it will land doesn't popup nor moves the other items.

  Thank you for the video. We have checked your project in Chrome browser and everything works well. Please see this video. Are you working in another browser? Can you please clear the browser cache and try to log in back and check if the issue still occurs?
