Page is not picking up template

Hi

My page is not showing the selected template. I have used the right conditions selection:

Include > Pages > 'name of my page'.

Can you help me with this?

  Hi Sandra,

  Are you creating a Page Template? Can you please share the screenshot of your Display Condition? Please do these initial checks

  • Is your page edited with Brizy? For a Page Template to work, you must ensure that your page is not edited with Brizy. In your WordPress Dashboard, under Pages, if you see Brizy written next to a page, the page was already edited with Brizy and hence a page template would not work with this page.      

  

  • Are you using a compatible theme? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy. Please change your theme to one of these and check if the problem persists. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
  • Have you published your Brizy Template? Please open the Brizy template and at the bottom right corner check if you see 'Save Draft' or 'Update'. If you see 'Save Draft', your template is not published. Please click on the arrow next to Save Draft and publish the template.
