Focus point for images background

Hi,

when using the Featured Image as dynamic image, is it normal that the focus blue point is taken into account only when shown using an image module but not when used as background?

Looks like backgrounds are always shown top aligned.

  Hi

  The focus point is available only for static images. For dynamic images, it is not available either when using the image element and when adding it as a background to a column/block
