Arrow color on hover not changing (carousell)

Hi.

I created a carousell section and used arrows to move between slides. 

I change the color of the arrows on normal state and on hover to white, but it's always turning to black on hover.

I'm attaching a few screenshots.

  I believe this block slider is stuck somehow because the controls for it are not working.

  Changing the slide duration or even disabling the slider completely are not working.

  I solve this situation by switching the theme from Blocksy to 2022 and reverting back to Blocksy.

  After that I was able to disable the Slider and re-enable it with all functions working.
