    Hi Tomas,

We are sorry for this trouble. We have escalated this issue to our developers. They will investigate and we will get back to you once we have a report. We may need few days to investigate and bring out a solution. I hope you can wait.

    Hi Tomas,

If you need it faster, I can take a look at your project and see if I can implement a work around instead of fixing the root problem.

Please add me as a Team Member to your project and assign me 'Manager' role. My email: kc.george@brizy.io

Please let me know here once you have sent me an invitation.

    Hi Tomas,

There were two Google Tag Manager embed codes, one in the header and another in the footer. The problem was caused by the code you had placed in the header. Your page started functioning properly after I removed the code from the header and transferred the footer code to the header. Does GTM require you to add two different set of codes?

If you have a GA4 or Univeral Analytics property with Google Analytics, you can copy the Tag from Google Analytics and paste it into the header as well (in place of the GTM code)

    Hey KC,

Yes, GTM requires me to add the 2 codes, as you can see here:

If the issue was caused by the GTM code, probably the root problem is some of the tags I have there. So I tried deleting the most recent ones that could be causing the page to crash, but even then the site remains broken. All the other tags I have were there for more than a year, so I don't think they might be causing any issue.

What else could be happening? What do you recommend I do?

    Hi Tomas,

With the current GTM code in the header, the page seems to be loading fine in preview. Please let me know if you see the same.

As per the instructions you have provided above, you should be pasting the second code in the HTML body of the page. I have removed it from the footer and added it to your homepage header just below the logo and the menu.

Please make the homepage header a global block so that the GTM code added to the homepage will be available on all other pages as well.

I just checked and everything seems to be working fine now.

    Thanks!
