Double charge this month - refund
Hello, i have been charged twice this month for my subscription, please can one charge be refunded ASAP.

We have checked the account with this email kai....@the...ard.com and only one payment was preceded. Please see here. Perhaps you have another account with another login email. Can you please send us the order ID that you received from the paddled when the payment was done? So, we can check the payment too.
