Refunds for brizy

I purchased brizy on 12/8/2022. It was very easy to use and I liked it.

However, I decided to unsubscribe once I didn't have much use for it at work and because of the frequent errors.

Not much time has passed, but is it possible to get a refund?

 

The invoice number is EGZX6/1 and the order number is #44585683-63365360.

The amount was $108.90 for Freelancer for Brizy Pro Yearly.
