Hi,

 

after migrate hosting the images not showing

ex: url: https://www.labmec.it/?brizy_media=wp-bfeeed7083960c95fbda338bbac1b885.png&brizy_crop=iW%3D82%26iH%3D71%26oX%3D0%26oY%3D0%26cW%3D82%26cH%3D71

return 404

 

can i pass FTP and wordpress admin account?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We suppose that in the migration process, some Brizy folders and files or WordPress files weren't migrated fine. In Brizy, is created a special image folder where are stored all Brizy images. Could you please try to migrate the site using the WP All-in-One Migration plugin? Most Brizy users use this plugin and in most cases, all is working fine.

  Also, could you please go to the WP Media Library and check if there are stored images used in Brizy pages? Could you please open one of them and try to modify it (e.g. crop or rotate it)? Do you receive some problems?

  hi,

   

  yes into FTP /labmec.it/public_html/wp-content/uploads/brizy have over 3k files but in media wordpress only 178 files

  now i can't use old hosting, what would the WP All-in-One Migration plugin do in addition to the normal "download FTP and DATABASE" job?

  ok resolve, into wp_options have different upload_path , updated it and work fine
