GTM and GA4 not showing visits

Good day team.
Since several months we had. this behavior in our website, we been updated, optimized and add some of the solutions in some of the forum about analytics with brizy.

But still happening low or zero users per day. 
added the WP /code 
in the codes header or footer too, can you help us telling what's going on please?

actually the tags moved at footer

  Hi Oscar,

  Please try these two suggestions and see if that makes a difference.

  • Looks like you have added your Google Tag to your page footer. Please move the code to the header
  • Your Google Tag includes a UA, GA4 and AW codes. If you are using a GA4 property, you should ideally have a single code starting with G. Please copy the Google Tag from your Google Analytics property again and paste it on your site.
