No css and no images on brizy preview page on client's computer

Hi, my client can't see the preview Brizy Cloud page. The page is published under https://fig14714075.brizy.site/ and on my computers everything works perfect. Is this problem known? I checked the client's browser over zoom, everything seems to be ok.

  We have checked this website  https://fig14714075.brizy.site/ and everything  works well, see below,  we could not find any issue. Can you please advice your client to clear the browser cache?
