Brizy Wordpress Error

I'm getting this error on my wordpress website when I try to edit with brizy. How can I fix this?

  Hi Shad,

  This error typically occurs when Brizy's HTTP requests are blocked by other software, such as a security system, a firewall, a malware protection or a DDOS system on your hosting server. These programmes mistake legitimate HTTP requests from Brizy for threats and block them.

   

  Signing into your hosting account and disabling server level security, firewall, virus protection and DDOS systems one at a time will allow you to isolate the system that is interfering with Brizy. Please look for such systems in the Server admin software of your host (For example cPanel)

   

  Please get back to us if you need assistance in identifying the interfering software, and we will help you debug. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to offer this help.

  Hi,

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
