I CANNOT ACCESS MY ADMIN for WHITE LABEL on BRIZY CLOUD AND IT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I SIGNED UP

I am incredibly frustrated.  

Here I am writing to Brizy yet again for help.  I pray that Dimy responds and resolves this for me because I haven't gotten anywhere. 

I had my admin set up and it was working and then one day it just wasn't.  Not only could I not login to my backend admin, my main site was down.  God knows how long this was happening.  

It has been a nightmare. 

Natalia has tried helping and I'm sure she is overwhelmed with all of the work you are giving her, because it is still not resolved. 

Why do you not have a larger staff to assist with faster turn around.  I can't function like this.  I have yet another client who needs changes to their site and I CANNOT HELP THEM.  This is hurting my business. 

Please help me resolve this or I will have to leave and unfortunately that means I have to rebuild all of their sites somewhere else.

  Hi Robin,

  We are sorry for the trouble you are facing with your Agency account. As I understand, here is the progress you have made so far.

  1. Your whitelabel website builder is completely setup and is available at https://admin.basilmedia.co/dashboard
  2. Your Agency website https://www.basilmedia.co/ is up and running
  3. Client websites developed using the platform are also available on your domain basilmedia.space. For example: https://lime4734652.basilmedia.space/

  At the moment, you are facing an issue when trying to access your Dashboard; the URL gets redirected to your Agency website. Hence you are unable to edit websites.

  Yes that sums it up! Just want to be able to get into my Admin!
