Embed Mobile Issue

Hi, I am attempting to insert an embeded item on a site page. It works sometimes on the desktop version, but is invisible on mobile and tablet.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  I checked the embed code you sent me and everything works fine at my end, both on desktop and mobile/tablet views. Please see this video and the mobile screenshot. 

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.13 and Brizy Pro 2.4.12? Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro)  then clear the browser and server cache and check it again?
