Upgraded to Pro but premium elements not working
I think our subscription lapsed, so I renewed to fix the design on:
However, I'm still being prompted to upgrade, the pro elements are not working and the design still has large grey sections because of this. I'm not aware of anything else I can do and would appreciate some help asap, please.

We have checked your account and the pro option is activated in your account. The issue is that you work now in a FREE account, where you were invited. You cannot use the PRO option in a FREE account, it will not work. The second workspace is yours, where you have the pro options.

How do I get this active in the correct account? I just followed the prompt, which said to upgrade to Pro to use those elements in the existing design. This is what I did, which the user interface very much suggested would work.
The budget spent was specifically to solve this issue, so how can I get it solved? I have no interest in Pro features anywhere else. Can you either transfer it or refund and tell me which user needs to purchase to activate it as needed, please?

So you need only to use the Free version of the Brizy Plan, without the Pro options included? To process the refund i need your order ID, please send us. Please let us know how we should proceed.

Thanks for getting back to me. When I upgraded, I was in the first sub account, which is the one where I need pro options. I do not need pro options in the second account and have deleted the default project it contained and the sub account for clarity.
Please process a refund, I will find the account that owns the other sub account and purchase again there. My order number is 44567981-63310128.
