Email SMTP
I originally tested my dev site with wordpress email. I have remove this and used the SMTP following the link below

I get email is not sent, also I have removed the email address from the WordPress option yet it still looks as it is still selected. See images.
Also the report when sending not sent or spinning notification icon.
If you pass me a private contact I will share the information I entered into the app setting for SMTP.

I am convinced the issue related to my original test when I used the Wordpress mail option. When I create a new form this email still remains in the wordpress option.

Please duplicate the form, then deleted the old one. Then please connect the new form to the SMTP and add all the necessary information. Please let us know if the form will work.

Okay so that clears the form. There should be an option to delete any setting made. I assume that others have had the same issue?
I assume that the error/bug is listed on Trello issues board/road map. If so it would be nice if you can share that link. If it is not can you please enter it on Trello.

Usually, it is possible to delete the settings from the form and connect again, but sometimes this does not work. Therefore, to prevent the problem from occurring, we recommend making a new form and not modifying the old form. The easiest way is to duplicate the old form and connect again.

Therefore if this happens to others then it is a bug. Is this on the roadmap Trello board? Can you provide a link? If it is not on the board can you enter it please.

This is not a suggestion if it is a function that is not working correctly. I am reporting a bug here that should be good enough for Brizy to take action. Please report this as an error to Brizy/Trello or whatever it takes. Then please provide a link for all Brizy users to see what action has been taken for future reference. This saves time for any user who has the same issue. Thank you.

We can not provide a link for the users so they can see all the actions because this information is confidential. We add all the bugs/suggestions/options in one place/system which is with a password and only the Brizy employees have access to this information. I can assure you that I have already sent this request to our managers.

The bugs and other issues that are raised gets added to our GitHub account. Brizy development is not an open source project. Hence the list of issues is not available on a public URL.

I guess this leads to multiple users reporting the same issue on support forum, unless they can find a similar post that applies to their situation. This of course leads to user frustration and lots of extra time for forum support staff repeatedly answering the same questions.
