Pop-up delay

I have a popup. Everything works great, Popup appears after 10. However, recently I want to block popup in 3 pages. I have added the URL condition, however it doesn't work. I can wait 10 seconds for the popup to show, and also block the pop-up from looking some pages I don't want to show.

  Please share a URL where where we can see the problem. In how many seconds is the popup expected to load? Please also specify the pages where you would not like the popup to appear.
