Issue with buttons and blocks

I have a "go up" button on every page linked to the first block (my "nav-bar"). It works ok on some pages, but in other display an error message "An error happened while trying to display this element. You can open a issue or remove this element"

  Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.13 and Brizy Pro 2.4.12? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?
