Not seeing images in Brizy Editor after Update

Dear Team,
We updated our Brizy Wordpress plugin this week (version 2.4.13), but ever since we did that we are not able to see images when modifying a page in Editor mode (screenshot below). Also, when trying to insert an image it seems we are not able to access the library.
Could you advise on this?

  Hi Giuliano,

  With the most recent Brizy versions, there is no known issue with displaying images in the editor. Would you please few compatibility checks?

  1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
  2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
  3. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners Please try changing your theme to one of these and see if that makes a difference.
  4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.
