Name servers

Hi, 

 

I need to link my Brizy website pineapple14520305.brizy.site to the domain wevelers.com. I followed the instructions in this page https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

and created a unique A @ DNS and a CNAME www. They both appear green on the Publish On Your Domain section, but the website can't be found.
I contacted GoDaddy and they said it's because the Name Servers haven't been configured (the domain currently has two GoDaddy Name Servers ns43.domaincontrol.com and ns44.domaincontrol.com.

 

Could you please help me?

  Hi Marco,

  You have correctly setup your A Record and the CNAME Record. Your domain www.wevelers.com is pointing to your Brizy Cloud website. However it displays a blank page. To fix the blank page issue.

  1. Please check if you have published your homepage. Open the project in the Brizy Cloud editor and on the bottom right corner check if you see 'Save Daft' or 'Update'. If you see Save Draft, your page is not published. If you see 'Update' it is published. In case you see 'Save Draft' click on the arrow next to it and select 'Publish Page'
  2. Please check if you have enabled 'Coming Soon' or 'Maintenance' page under CMS - Project Settings - System Pages. https://jmp.sh/9BKXZNMo If you have, disable those pages.
