    Hello,

     I'm sorry for this, but we respect your decision. To process the refund i need your order ID, please send us. Could you please tell us why you want a refund, and what you didn't like about Brizy? Do you have any recommendation for the Brizy team?

    I do think it is a pretty ok tool, but it didn't fully meet the controllability/customizability that I was looking for.

    The subscription to Brizy Plan is now canceled and the refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days (depending on your bank).
