Hello, 

SSL not working on my domain peppydigital.com for long

Can you please guide ?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We checked your site and found that you didn't set up the CNAME.  Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the CNAME?  After this the records in the project settings should be green, this is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

  Everything is done perfectly since long time but the SSL isnt working.
  
  CName is also set.
  
  The records in the project settings are green since a long time

  Please delete this IP Address too : 

  Apeppydigital.com1799   162.255.119.57

  I dont have any IP address 162.255.119.57 configured.
  
  From where are you getting these info....I dont have any such records configured

  Please try this now: delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored.  See here : https://jumpshare.com/v/87WUJxMdoCYym84YU7bP
