How should I procede to ask for the 30 day refund?

I would like to initiate refund for my account!

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The subscription to Brizy Plan is now canceled and the refund has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days  (depending on your bank). 

  Could you please tell us why you want a refund, what you didn't like about Brizy? Do you have any recommendations for the Brizy team?
