Products category not right

Hi there, 

On my website vitacomfort.nl, the products are shown well on my search page: https://vitacomfort.nl/?s=pil&post_type=any 

 

But not shown well on my category page, all the category pages consist of the same products, while they should show the product category products. How can I fix this?

  Hi Stijn,

  In your Cateogory Archive pages, you are using the Products element instead of the Archive element. Hence you are seeing the same products on all category pages. 

  In these three category archive pages, I have deleted the block with the Products element and have imported a saved block from your blocks library.

  1. https://vitacomfort.nl/product-categorie/gezondheid/
  2. https://vitacomfort.nl/product-categorie/slaapkamer/
  3. https://vitacomfort.nl/product-categorie/wonen-comfort/

  Now these category pages are showing the right products to logged in users. You will need to purge the server cache to make it available to non logged in users as well.

  In the remaining category archive pages, please delete the block with the Products element and import this block from your Saved Blocks

  Hi George,

  When we do this, the product filter doesn’t work. How could we use this in these elements?

  And are you able to tell use the solution without making any changes on our live website?

  Hi Stijn,

  We don't have expertise in making the YITH product filter work with Brizy. If you make a staging site, I can try to make the product filter work with Brizy on staging.

  Hi Stijn,

  We don't have prior experience in making YITH product filter work with Brizy. However if you give us access to your live site or a staging site, we can attempt to make the YITH product filter work with your website.
