    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you will upgrade your plan from Personal to Freelancer, then you will pay the difference between the plan, in this case, we cannot refund anything. If you will purchased a new plan, then we can reimburse the old plan. Also, for the refund, I want to inform you that according to our Terms and Conditions, we can offer it 30 days after the purchase.

    How can I pay the difference between the plans?

    If I select "Agency Cloud" the price to pay is €1349 instead of 1349 - 179 (my actual plan) = 1170 euro....

    Or maybe I have to buy the Agency Cloud and than ask to refund the Personal plan?

    Hello,

    You can not upgrade from the Personal Cloud LTD Plan to the Agency Cloud Plan from your account. Upgrade prices apply only to recurring subscriptions.

    The Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white-label options that need to be applied on the Agency account only. So, please by the Agency Plan from a new account.     Regarding, the refund from the Personal Cloud Plan we can do a partial refund for this plan.

    I am an user since when Brizy was called ThemFuse... How mutch is the partial refund?

    So I can decide whether to buy an Agency Cloud or upgrade to a Freelancer Cloud.

    We have checked your account, and we can do a full refund for the Persona  LTD Cloud Plan - because it hasn't been 30 days since you bought the plan.
