rollover colors can't be changed on icons

The rollover color is fixed to teal... there's no option to change it... you can only change the initial display color... that doesn't seem ideal... am I missing how to do it?

  I could change the color of the icon, please see this video. You should click first on the icon and then change the color. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
