    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

In this account ma.....@aol.com you have the LTD plan. Please check this article about LTD Plan. Regarding the  the 30 hosted cloud sites based on the 10 codes, this was a deal from AppSumo, but in this account you don't have this plan. Perhaps you have bought this plan with another account.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Hello, Thank you for your response. I hope that you’re safe & well. Would you be able to tell me my account details please? I thought I had the studio upgrade of $99 after that initial appsumo deal expired with the sub accounts. I need to update my notes so I know what I have to work with as a agency. Hi,

    Hi Nelea,

Thank you for following up with me and sharing the links. I checked brizy.io/account and I’m not seeing the information that you shared in your response. Please see the attached screenshot. The information is not clickable so I only see the limited information.

I also want to thank you for sharing the link to the article on the 2 year subscription coming to an end. I think the last conversation I had was about deciding between the personal and studio plans. Looking at the pricing options now I can’t tell if the agency cloud is the studio plan.

I’m a bit confused on the difference between 100 hosted sites on your domains vs. unlimited sites on domain of choice. I would be looking to have the hosting through Brizy for client accounts as a white label offering. Allowing me to set up landing pages for campaigns. I’m trying to figure out how that would work. Would it require a brand new domain so that the nameservers point to you? What are the use cases if they already have their website and setup. Would it be switching over to your hosting in order to create the landing pages. I want to make sure I’m clear on how best to structure the service offering.

    Best Regards,

    Sean

    Hello,

In Your account you can see all the active subscriptions, please see this video.  You cannot purchase the Studio Plan anymore, this plan was excluded a year ago from the Brizy Plans. At the moment in Brizy Cloud, there are 3 plans: Personal, Freelancer, and Agency. Please check here : https://www.brizy.io/pricing

Brizy Agency it is not a Brizy Studio plan. Only Brizy Agency has the white label option included. Please see this article about the Brizy Agency's plan - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4408314180753-What-is-the-process-of-setting-up-my-white-label-options-included-the-Brizy-Cloud-Agency-plan

The Agency Plan is not the same as the Studio Plan. The Studio Plan allowed hosting of unlimited websites on Brizy Cloud and unlimited Brizy WP licenses.   This plan is no more available. The Brizy Cloud Agency Plan allows hosting of 100 custom domains.  The main difference is that the Agency Plan allows you to rebrand Brizy Cloud as a website builder of your own.

Let's say you rebrand it to Sean Builder and it is hosted at https://seanbuilder.com/. Let us also say that the websites that you build are published at https://subdomain.seanbuilder.digital/.  "Unlimited sites on domain of choice" would mean that you can create unlimited subdomains of seanbuilder.digital.

To sign up with the Agency Plan, you need to buy two domain names. In the above example, the two domains are
    1. seanbuilder.com
    2. seanbuilder.digital

The Agency Plan can be useful to host new websites/landing pages.  If the client already has a website hosted elsewhere, the Agency plan plan may not be very useful.

P.S. please do not reply to the notification email noreply@rizy.zendesk.com. The email will be received as spam and they will not be posted here.

    Best regards, Nelea.
