Brizy cloud external link not working

I am using a brizy subdomain. 

The system is tacking on the site url in front external link so it remains on the same page.  Permalinks is messed up/

  Can you please see this video about how to add a  link in Brizy Cloud: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbwb02Jzx8M  Also, can you please send us the URL of your website and indicate where you have the error so we could check it? What exactly is not working?

  Others are having same issue I see as it connects to itself.  Here is what it shows correctly in

  Hi Karan,

  When you add an external link, please add either https:// or http:// in the beginning.

  that worked. However, I did put the full url initially but forgot to do so for the example.
