Outline icons not rendering correctly

Outline icons are not displaying correctly. This happens for a lot of outline icons but not all.

This is how it should look when selected from the icon menu:

This is how it looks on page.

The outline logo in the preview also appears thicker than it does on page. Is it possible to get the slightly thicker outline icons as well?

 

It looks like a code error where the fill has been set to none for the icon parts that don't display. If i overwrite the css manually with "fill: currentColor", it displays correctly.
