Slow Loading Speed

I did the website speed test from Pingdom and why is the site speed slower than the acclaimed speed by Brizy? I did the same test on our website hosted by Brizy and is showing a painstakingly slow loading time of 20.33s. Can anything be done to this? What's going on that could help explain what's happening and what's with the discrepancy?

Your website has 424 HTTP requests and this is an unusually high number and could be cause of the slow speed of your website.

    I'm also seeing issues with slow loading (5 seconds +). How can this be resolved please @KC? Will site speed improve once the account is upgraded to a custom domain, or is it not relevant? Site in question is https://faze3.brizy.site

    Normally a Brizy Cloud website should have the same performance for custom domain and the brizy.site sub domain.  

    From some parts of the world, the website may have a comparatively lower performance. Where are you checking the website from?

    Hi KC, we've tried from both the UK and Dubai. Desktop pages seem to take a long time but much faster from a tablet/mobile.
