Posts element - unable to exclude a category

We have added the posts element and excluded two categories, this was working absolutely fine, we haven't done anything and now it is not working. Here is the screenshot:- https://prnt.sc/lAa6pCF9eQwy

We wish to hide this two posts which are in the same category https://prnt.sc/0OQ5i3slDcRh

Please advise.

  Hi Bhagyashree,

  We are sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please try this and see if it helps?

  1. Please make the Posts Filter blank by removing all of the selections and make it look like the attached image.
  2. Then add the exclude condition and the category names again

  I followed your steps.

  When I exclude one category it works : https://prnt.sc/-d2zdwVJEnNV

  But, when i exclude the second category it reappears : https://prnt.sc/RYTtOq9b6ATV

  I want to exclude two categories for now from this posts element.

  Please note that I am ordering it by date, if that matters.

  Please advise.

  Hi Bhagyashree,

  Looks like the Exclude categories feature for the Posts filter has a bug. I will report this and we will work on fixing it.

  Can you please try the Include categories option instead of the exclude?  This seems to work fine at my end.
