Hi, i am using youtube videos on my pages but every few days when i load it up it says 'This video not available', as seen below, and i have to refresh the page for it to work, could you look into this please?

  Hi Elliot,

  Please ensure that the videos you have uploaded to YouTube are set as Public and not as Private or Unlisted.

  Please also use the YouTube URL format from the Share screen

  Hi,

   

  I have ensured that the videos are public and the URL links are from the share screen, but it still said video not available when i loaded up the website this morning.

  Hi Elliot,

  It's possible that a specific setting on your computer is the cause why you're seeing this error. Have you visited this page on another laptop/desktop? If not, please visit the page on few other computers and check if you see the same error.

  Hello, I have same problem and I used different PC to check the site. I have ensured that videos are public and the URL links are from the share screen too. All videos worked proprely weeks ago but suddenly stop to work as i said. Maybe something changed in youtube or some brizy update not made correctly?

  Hi Dini,

  The background video loads fine at my end

  

  The issue you are facing could be specific to your computer/ Network/ ISP. Have you tried accessing the page from a different device/ ISP/ location?
