Cancel subscription and refund recent charge

Hello, My website is no longer active and I forgot to cancel my account. Could you please cancel my subscription to the personal WP plan and refund the most recent charge from today please as I will not be using it. I also have unpaid affiliate commission that I would like paid out please. Thanks, Zac

   Your subscription to Brizy Pro has been canceled. Regarding, the affiliate commission, you will be contacted by our manager after Nov15. You have 22$ commission. We pay our affiliate partners once a month. Expect to receive your affiliate share between the 15th and 20th of the following month. Please find here more information about the affiliate program.

  The affiliate commission dates back to Feb 2022 and hasn't been paid out yet.

   

  Regarding the subscription cancellation - can you confirm when I will get a refund for this?

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. 

  We pay our affiliates in bulks of at least $200 USD. But you had only 22$ -so we cannot pay the commission in this case because you did not reach the target of 200. Please see this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4403357217169-Is-there-a-minimum-payout-threshold-

  Regarding the refund of the plan, I will come back un the answer tomorrow, unfortunately, I cannot check now.

  Hi Nelea,

   

  Thanks for clarifying but can't lie I am a bit disappointed about that. I don't plan on continuing to refer your service so I essentially gave you free business as I will never get the promised affiliate commission. This $200 limit wasn't made clear before signing up as an affiliate s I do feel a bit hard done by there. As it's just a PayPal transfer I also don't see any technical or logical reason as to why this is the case and why I can't receive my commission other than policy, which is poor form I must say.

  Hi Zac

  Our payment processor Paddle.com is in charge of processing the refund. Within a week, you should get a refund to the payment method you have used.

  We regret that the $200 cap was not made clear to you prior to registering as an affiliate.
