Issues when Installing it on Multi Site
I installed it on my multi-site website and it was installed on a sub-site and it deleted and reloaded the template on all my sub-sites. Why is this happening ?
And I lost all of my previous work too.

Hi Darin,
Can you please explain the sequence of events one more time?
- You have installed Brizy and Brizy Pro on a Multisite Network Admin?
- You used Brizy on one of the sub-sites?
- On other sub sites, something else happened?
Can you also answer these questions
- What is the work you have lost?
- What templates are you using? Are you referring to Brizy Premade layouts or starter sites from a theme or something else?
- Have you installed Brizy Pro and added a license in the Network Admin?
- What theme are you using along with Brizy in the sub site?
- Can you please confirm the WordPress Multisite version you are using? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
- Please also check the PHP version you are using: https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV

1. Yes
2. Yes I tired to install it on 1 sub-site only and it changed the stuff on the others
3. The other sub-site all looked like the site that I was working on
4. I have now restored it from my previous backup
5. Yes I was using a Pre-Made Template by Brizy
6. Well my theme gets wiped out when I install a new theme with Brizy
7. Current version: 6.0.3 - Multi-site Version
8. PHP version 7.4.33 (Supports 64bit values)
Is there a better way to get support ? I want to connect it to more than 500 Websites. Is there a chat support available ?

Hi Darin,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Were you installing a Brizy premade layout from your WordPress Dashboard under Brizy- Starter Templates? The starter template installation appears to work fine on a regular WordPress instance. It is possible that starter templates installation software does not work well in the Multisite environment. We will need to confirm this after doing some tests.
You said "Well my theme gets wiped out when I install a new theme with Brizy" As I understand, all themes are installed in the Network Admin and Network Enabled it to make it available to sub sites. The themes that are network enabled should be available to all the sub sites. I am not able to fully comprehend what is happening at your end.
We offer email and forum support. You can either write an email to support@brizy.io or fill up the form at https://support.brizy.io. We are sorry; we do not offer chat support. While carrying out specific tasks, if you would like, we can schedule a zoom call.
