Using kartra html or JavaScript for pop up

When I try to use the embed or form option to build a pop up using code it does not reflect the design I created in kartra.

  Would you mind sharing the embed code for the form so we can embed it and see the issue you're facing? To allow us to compare, kindly include a screenshot of your form as it appears in Kartra.
