Multiple Accounts
Hi, I am so confuse. I'm seeing multiple subscriptions in my account. I recently purchased a Freelance account, i was hoping all others would be merge into that as well. but i was charged for the individual account too. So now i'm not sure what to do and if I can get that cancelled and refunded?

Thank you for contacting us.
When you purchased the Freelance plan you did not upgrade from de Personal plan but you bought a new plan, so you had the Personal and the Freelancer plan. We have canceled the Personal Plan Wordpress subscription and processed the refund for this plan. Your money should return to your account within 1-3 days (depending on your bank).
