Issues with Brizy and Price

I just purchased Brizy for $399.00, and now you're selling it at $279. 

I have been trying to get it to do what I needed to work with support but have not resolved some of the issues and bugs. I was told some of these will be worked out later.

I figured I would keep Brizy and wait for them to be resolved.

Then now, I am going to wait and paid $120.00 more to do it.

It would go a long way for me to wait out some of these things if I can get the difference of the $120.00 returned to my credit card on Receipt #42632531.
