Webpage loading slowly

Hello,

I have two websites that are loading very slowly.  I have updated all of my plugins.

  I have looked at the waterfall of CBDTrolley.com at Pingdom.com. Here is the the report: https://tools.pingdom.com/#6110437aaf800000

  There are only 35 HTTP requests in total, and the page is less than 500 KB in size. Based on these parameters, CBDTrolley.com appears designed for good performance. However there is an initial delay before the page loads. Nearly 5 seconds pass at my end although only 1 second is lost at the beginning according to the Pingdom report.

  I see that you are hosting with Easy WP on a Litespeed server. Can you install the Litespeed Cache plugin and configure it and see if that speeds up the server's initial response?
