    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Your personal plan expires on November 21; however, you cannot switch from a yearly to a monthly plan. We can cancel our yearly plan subscription. After November 21st, you can purchase a new plan and make monthly payments. You will not lose your website. Only, when the old plan will expire you will buy a new one. Should I cancel the subscription for the yearly personal plan?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

That sounds good! But during the process (during the hours between the current plan got cancelled and I buy a new monthly one) will I lose all the 'pro' features, right? And once the new plan got activated, the 'pro' Brizy Cloud features will restored automatically? Will I need to reconnect the domain again and all of this?

    Thanks for your time!

    Hi,

You can buy first the new plan, you can buy it on NOV 20. Then on Nov 21, the year will be canceled. You will have the same plan, but you will pay monthly not yearly, you don need to change anything. Please advise when I should cancel the subscription for the yearly personal plan.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

Understood. Will buy a new monthly plan for Brizy Cloud on Nov 20. Also... If the anual plan will be cancelled automatically on Nov 21 (and that day I'll have bought the monthly one) why should I advice you to cancel it?

    Thanks!
