A way to hide elements/blocks from Desktop so that it shows on Mobile?

Is there a way to do so?

Let say I'm wishing to show Tab on my desktop but wish NOT to use that Tab feature in Mobile

  Apologies for being blurry with my question. 
  My question is as you can see on the screenshot, there's no option to hide elements from the Desktop view or is there a way to do that? Hide something from the Desktop so that it shows on mobile?

  Hi 

  To hide an element on the desktop, please click on the Cog icon - Styling - Advanced tab - and disable the option 'Show on Desktop'
