Starter Templates - cURL error 7: Failed to connect to websitebuilder-demo.net port 443: Connection refused 

When trying to install starter templates I'm getting this error.

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to websitebuilder-demo.net port 443: Connection refused 

I've tested it on the web and on my local server. Same results.

  The starter templates starting working again last night at exactly 11:42:42 pm Missouri time.
  
  I just checked and they I can confirm they are still working. So far so good.
